Remove the big screw and pull down the forearm, separating it from the body.

Remove the big screw. You can leave the smaller one sitting there (unscrewed). Be careful so that parts don't jump out, because of the spring inside.

[Retire o parafuso grande, o menor pode deixar (desparafusado) na peca, cuidado para a peca nao pular por cauda da mola interna.]

Be careful on this step. Besides the spring, you have to watch the correct position of the gears. I suggest opening this piece with Optimus facing down.

[Muito cuidado aqui, alem da mola, tem a posicao correta das engrenagens para ser mantida, aconselho a abrir essa parte com o optimus de barriga para baixo.]

This step is kind of hard, because the arm is glued on the inside, so be careful not to break or damage this part.

[Esse ponto e meio dificil, ja que no braco tem cola por dentro, muito cuidado pra nao quebrar nem danificar a peca.]

Note the small black part. Be careful so that it doesn't jump off when you open the arm. It's there to keep the arm from being loose.

[Nesse ponto pode-se notar uma pequena peca preta, cuidado para ela nao pular fora quando vc abrir, sem ela o braco ficara molenga (depois e só trocar o braco de lado e remontar tudo).]

Now, switch the right and left arms, e reassemble everything (follow these steps backwards). You're done!

[Feito isso é sé inverter os lados do braco e remontar as pecas de tras para frente e pronto serviço completo.]

Here is the arm reassembled. Notice that the screws are now on the inside of the arm.
