I am currently a Research Associate in the Applied Computer Science and Mathematics group in Merck Research Labs in West Point, PA.

I received my PhD and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering - Signal and Image Processing Area from University of Southern California and my BS degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering - Signal Processing Area from Bilkent University.

My research interests are in the general area of image analysis and image registration. I have done some work on segmentation of skull from T1 weighted MRI (website) and creation of a whole body 3D mouse atlas using CT, PET and Cryosection images (Digimouse).
